My heart is saddened and I feel the sorrow of losing Dietrich. The very fisrt time I met him in Austria,I was captivated by his humbleness, humility and kindness. What a beautiful soul!HIs mission towards world peace and his dedication towards that goal raised him to a higher level among humanity.I connected with him because of his noble and higher qualities.I knew my daughter had a wonderful father in law.We all should strive towards his noble quality of world peace.I will miss him forever on this planet, may not be at the higher plane.Good Bye for now,Dietrich. We will always remember you.Ravi
It’s comforting to know that somewhere Dietrich is telling his delightful stories and joking with a whole new group of souls. He will be missed dearly.
I met Dietrich in 1997, in Austria as professor in European Peace University. He was a kind, gentle, and giving person. He always tries to find ways to help us, with stories to tell every class-meeting. Even after I went back to the Philippines, we continued our correspondence, and he was very generous in giving ideas and connecting me with networks that can help me advance the peace advocacy in my country. Dietrich was a gift to humanity as he truly touched the lives of people he met.
